The Handy Little Relay 12 volt Module is a simple-to-fit unit for use wherever dry contact, voltage free switching is required or where there is a need for higher than usual currents and voltages to be switched. Its compact size makes it neat to fit inside the majority of control panels.
The 12 volt Relay is mounted on a printed circuit board that has screwed terminals for easy interconnections, complete with LED indication. Other Handy Little Relays available are a polarised 24 volt coil, a ‘junior’ 1inch2 12 volt & transistorised, a toggled latch facility and as 8-32 volts AC/DC Relay.
NOTE: Polarity MUST be correct for the unit to activate.
Common applications include switching extra sounders and lights in Security Systems, actuating barriers and doors in Access Control and Door Entry Systems. It can be used for switching cameras and lighting in CCTV installations and has countless applications in Industrial Control systems.
